Dr. Tracy List

Dr. List is a Neuropsychologist practicing in Lincoln for over 30 years. She finds counseling clients to be rewarding, helping them find solutions to improve the quality of their life. She uses positive psychology to help her clients view situations as an opportunity for growth.

For over 10 years, Dr. List has served on the Mental Health Board for Lancaster County. She loves serving her community and regularly gives professional presentations to a variety of audiences. She also served on a Brain Injury Concussion Coalition to create better outcomes for students in Nebraska with mild traumatic brain injuries and continues to provide services for clients who have sustained such injuries.

Dr. List spends her free time with family and friends, attending events for her three busy kids, and watching UNL football and volleyball. She likes to keep physically active, attends church to keep her spiritual life healthy, and believes in living life to the fullest.
